Our medical group participates in a number of payer plans including Medicare, Community Care Network (CCN), Cigna, Pacific Care, Blue Cross, and Blue Shield, Universal Care, and United Health Care to name a few.

We accept most forms of major insurance. The actual coverage and co-payments will depend on your insurance carrier and the plan you have chosen.

Please check with your insurance agent for specific coverage questions. It is unlikely that we will be able to answer any such questions during your office visit.
